J’ai fait un séminaire combiné un an plus tard et donc ça faisait un an et demi depuis le séminaire. Ça m’a fait du bien de repratiquer l’écoute empathique de manière plus rigoureuse. Ça m’a permis d’exprimer et de laisser de l’espace à ma copine pour s’exprimer. (On faisait l’atelier à deux devant le même ordinateur donc les exercices pratiques ensemble). C’était aussi un moment touchant et humain d’entendre le témoignage d’inconnus qui s’ouvrent facilement grâce aux outils de com transfo. Merci.
